Our leading banking client based in London is looking for an experienced Digital Channel Manager who will support development and implementation of their digital customer experience strategy, focusing on customer centricity as well as as growing and retaining profitable customer relationships.

Essential skills and experience:

- Excellent Digital Customer Experience background/Information Architecture User Experience
- Analytics & Analysis skills - Evidence that they can do Analysis and have used Analytical tools eg Adobe Ad hoc
- Clear understanding of the Digital environment and an operational understanding across channels.
- A background in digital customer proposition development and customer experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Business Disciplines (eg Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT).
- The economic, market and customer trends affecting the business.
- Deep knowledge of the retailing industry/retail financial services from a digital perspective.
- Internal and external benchmarking practices.
- Demonstrates a passion for digital customer experience and a desire to create world-class digital journeys
- Analysis and insight
- Planning and organising
- Negotiation, influencing and communicating at senior levels
- Commercial Planning and Management
- Relationship management

This is a 3 months contract initially and the rate is £450pd
