Digital Change Manager/Digital Producer - Financial Services - Swindon

Digital Change Manager with proven digital service development experience required by market leading financial services organisation.

As Digital Change Manager you will be responsible for scoping and delivering excellent, market leading Internet and Mobile self service experiences for PC, Mobile and Tablet devices to increase customer satisfaction ratings and drive customer usage across all self-service channels. You will scope and shape new services, features and enhancements and will work closely with the Development Centres to deliver digital change that underpins the organisation's Digital Society.

Day-to-day you will provide expert advice and consultancy across the business on all in-flight and potential changes to the Internet and Mobile Bank to ensure functional integrity whilst providing optimum user experience and maximising return on investment. You will also evaluate and shape the business and user experience requirements on all change requests and small business enhancements, understanding of technical constraints and will take accountability for ensuring all risks are highlighted and appropriate controls and mitigations are in place. You will analyse customer feedback, usability findings and web analytics data to identify and make recommendations to key stakeholders on ways to improve functionality and customer experience and will act as the Digital Channel business change lead on small to medium sized projects. Other responsibilities will include reviewing and signing off change/new services - including wireframes, requirements, design and functionality and briefing and directing in-house and agency creative/design teams reviewing all creative work to ensure it is on brief, on time and on brand and accurate, prior to final approvals.

This role will see you work closely with a number of key stakeholders across product, marketing, legal, digital channels, customer ops and finance as you shape and embed new digital services, features and enhance existing services.

To be considered for the role you must have proven digital service development experience in the consumer retail/banking/FS sectors with a proven track record of shaping and delivering customer experience enhancing digital services, features and changes. You will have good experience in web user experience creation and a good understand of design, user flow diagrams & wireframes as well as knowledge of web usability best practice. An appreciation of general digital technology and eCommerce/mCommerce is also useful and you should be commercially aware with an understanding of estimation and financial reporting. Excellent planning and organisational skills are also a prerequisite and you will be used to working with development teams and delivering to tight deadlines. Finally, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
