ROLE - Digital Change Finance Business Partner - Retail Banking - Digital - London - £400/day

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Our client, a leading UK retail bank require the services of a Digital Change Finance Business Partner to work on a critical business partnering role, which sits in the Digital Banking finance team (within Direct Channels), requires close working relationships with the projects transformation team, managing annual investment of over £100m per annum.  Strict financial control is required, timely and accurate reporting and forecasting, and liaison with Retail to ensure the spend at all times adheres to all the Group governance policies.

Furthermore, a good understanding of all the project deliverables is required and as is an increasing need to develop the reporting of the future project benefits and liaison with the Retail product teams to ensure agreement and inclusion in MTPs. Provide relevant and timely management information on Galaxy investment

- Provide business case and investment appraisal service to Digital Transformation team.
- Build robust forecasting capability and work with key business partners to ensure delivery against these forecasts.
- Provide a finance consultancy service which improves understanding and which enhances overall business performance, participating as an effective member of the Digital Transformation team.

CORE SKILLS

- Good analytical skills with a solid background in a financial reporting role.
- Excellent data skills having the ability to acquire, mine, store, summarise and interpret with integrity and transparency.
- Strong stakeholder manager with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key contacts in all relevant areas.
- Strong Financial modelling skills.
- Able to assess the impact of change on products, systems, processes and people.
- To be comfortable leading and challenging in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
- Excellent planning skills with an ability to deliver to plans.
