Digital Change Agent - Process Excellence wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Academic degree or equivalent
- 3+ years' working experience in line or project management, preferably in financial services
- Knowledge in Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, RPA tools, Target Operating Model design and Business Process Management
- Ability to travel and good understanding of operational processes in the financial services industry
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Leading opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation
- Optimising processes, solving problems and introducing new ways of working with a focus on continuous improvement
- Delivering initiatives, including optimisation projects and target operating model design
- Coaching client teams on tools and methods as well as helping line managers with the consistent implementation
