Digital Campaign Manager - Cardiff- 6 months
PURPOSE:

As part of the online marketing team, develop and manage profitable online direct marketing campaigns for Legal & General Insurance in order to meet Direct GWP and profitability targets.

Main skills/Experience:

*Broad digital marketing experience
*Knowledge of insurance products
*Previous experience in management and implementation of digital promotional campaigns
*An understanding of the digital and FS landscape

Technical Knowledge Area, What exactly is required?
Product Essential: 

Good knowledge of Direct Insurance products.

Desirable:

Home Insurance, Motor Insurance, and Pet Insurance.
Management InformationGood knowledge of MI analytical tools inc tagging, media tracking and being able to interpret data to make continuous improvement.
Legal
*Work with the Digital Marketing Manager, Offline Marketing Manager and external agencies to prepare online plans
*Implement online marketing campaigns on time and within budget;
*Manage the analysis of online marketing campaigns and adjust plans accordingly;
*Make use of web analytics, ad serving tools and agency MI, to deliver accurate and informative campaign reports.
*Develop a good working relationship with the Insurance Direct team & wider L
*Lead and manage new initiatives to drive channel growth and value.
*Co-ordinate and manage all affiliate validation processes to ensure continued compliance with internal and/or external regulations;
*Via effective management of affiliate tracking identify business risks such as fraudulent activity, reduced persistency and communicate this to the appropriate stakeholders;
*Create; test and audit affiliate content to ensure best practice.
*Support validation of affiliate applications in accordance with approved processes;
*Implement and deliver effective management analysis to aid optimisation of this channel.
*To be responsible for managing and developing PPC, SEO and Programmatic channels by;
*Leading and managing new initiatives to drive channel growth and value.
*Ongoing development of programmatic creative utilising data and consumer insight.
*Ensuring accurate delivery of targets and key KPIs as detailed in the plan.
*Work closely with the Digital team to deliver initiatives that grow natural search sales and to reduce reliance on Paid activity.
*To provide Digital Marketing support to the direct team as required and directed by the Digital Marketing Manager, to achieve overall business targets and objectives, including:
*Integration of proposition, messaging and media ensuring alignment and consistency with offline channels.
*Development and monitoring of on-going social media and online PR initiatives.
*Management and reporting of budgeting, invoicing and payment process.

4) To maintain knowledge and a clear understanding of the digital and the financial services landscape and communicate any identified opportunities or threats, as relevant.

5) Provide Digital Marketing expertise and support to other areas of the team as required.
