Hyphen is an industry leader in the fields of RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) and MSP (managed service programmes) and we are responsible for the delivery of temps and contractors into our client, an international financial services group and the UK's leading life and pensions provider.

We currently have a requirement for an experienced Digital Campaign Manager on an initial 6 month contract. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of all marketing plans and activities by providing expert advice and offering industry-leading digital solutions. They will work with business areas to ensure an understanding of how digital communications, marketing and technology based communications can help achieve the commercial and marketing objectives for the business.

Responsibilities include

*Understand where online journeys to buy or research products are working well for users and where they are failing. Take action to maximise the volume of customers who succeed in applying online
*Ensure the online experience is part of a fully integrated journey for the user starting with marketing activity via other online media, email, direct and other media
*Be an exponent of the creative and efficient use of web content, technology and multimedia
*Provide and analyse digital marketing MI making recommendations for improvements to web content, campaign effectiveness, tools and digital communications
*Using all available data and insight, ensure digital marketing activities are targeted at the optimal adviser and customer segments, help to improve the site traffic volumes, leads, sales and the user experience
*Maintain an up to date and contemporary view of the technology landscape and trends, developments in the delivery of web content, competitor and market activities. Propose and amend the digital marketing plans accordingly to ensure we meet our commercial and marketing objectives
*Engage with and update all relevant internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure our digital marketing plans are aligned to their needs
*Implement and publish all required content changes to websites (including microsites and portals) to ensure they are up to date and aligned to user and business needs
*Define and deliver the digital communications and campaigns as part of agreed plans and specific marketing activities - from acquisition to fulfilment and across all distribution channels
*Ensure all activities cover the appropriate audiences and distribution channels - F2F sales teams, telephony advisers/support teams, all advisers, end-to-end customer support (pre- and post-sale, mandatory and promotional), direct marketing (both product and brand response)

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate the following:

*Extensive digital marketing and eCommerce experience (ideally in financial services)
*In-depth knowledge of online environments, technology, user journey/experience definition, digital marketing, usability principles and practises, use of multimedia in marketing, email marketing, web content development, search
*Broad understanding of financial services marketing, the market place and different distribution channel needs
*Strong technical background in digital communications and technology, including content management
*Proven track record in delivering digital marketing activities to tight timescales
*Broad understanding of financial services products, legislation and the competition
*Strong technical skills such as HTML, content management process, Flash, Flex and other online formats
