Digital Business Partner, Pharmaceutical Marketing - South East.

We are working with a Global leader in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare market. They are now looking for a senior figure to become a Digital Partner and manage digital marketing initiatives and strategy development. Joining a Global Digital organisation, you will be sat within a centre of excellence and have strong access to new digital resources.

Key Responsibilities:

In depth experience in the digital marketing industry
Significant client side or agency side account management and strategy development experience
Strong relationship management experience
Pharmaceutical Marketing experience
Experience in the delivery of digital initiatives, experience managing 3rd party vendors / agencies
A good understanding of digital and technologies and ability to pro-actively manage a portfolio of digital project and concurrent digital marketing campaigns
Understanding of business change management principles and techniques
Experience of project portfolio governance including work planning and time management: ability to create/maintain work plans, monitor actual, and address cost/schedule variances.
Resource management experience and ability to work in a matrix
Collaborate leader: ability to facilitate effective interactions across teams and organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

* Proven track record in establishing and leading high performing teams
* Agency relationship management or experience
* Accomplished presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and change management skills
* Excellent ability to manage relationships at senior levels and resolve challenging issues
* Ability to identify process issues and managing process improvement initiatives
* An understanding of Pharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical R&D scientific data exchange mechanisms.
* A deep understanding of digital marketing technologies including web analytics, content management, social media, mobile web enablement, and paid and organic SEO.
* Proactive communicator with strong listening skills
