CONTEXT
Our customer wants to make banking easy for its customers. As a Digital Business Analytics Expert within the Analytics team, your goal is to improve the usability, effectiveness and user friendliness of our online sales and servicing functionalities (and their online channels as a whole) by analysing user behavior, giving actionable recommendations for improvement and introducing innovative ideas by closely following new evolutions in the online market.
FUNCTION
Analyzing
Make the available data insightful, visual & deliver results
Set up automated dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics
Analyze user behavior and perform deep dives on specific online/mobile flows
Look for patterns in user behavior
Enrich quantitative analysis with qualitative information
Define business needs for new projects in terms of data gathering/reporting
Giving actionable recommendations
Not only focusing on the what, but also (and even more) on the what next
Using analyses to discover actionable insights
Generating input for AB Testing and optimization projects
Evolutions in the online market
Following new developments in the (financial) online world
Introducing new ideas and continuously aiming for a next digital analytics maturity level
SKILLS
Armed with excellent analytical skills: you can crunch important knowledge from a large volume of data and figures
Experience with analysing data and statistical analysis
Knowledge of Digital Analytics tools: Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics
Basic knowledge of web & app development, UX & Digital Marketing/Sales
Profound knowledge of Excel
