DIGITAL BUSINESS ANALYST/WEB BUSINESS ANALYST/FRONT END BUSINESS ANALYST

For one of our global clients from the E-commerce sector we are looking for a Digital Business Analyst. As a Digital Business Analyst, you define objectives of system changes through research, fact finding with a solid understanding of the business, systems and requirements. You translate business requirements into functional design specifications. Also, you analyse and document requirements and functional specifications for software applications working from visual designs to wireframes and functional designs (including data validation, data quality, workflows, error handling, use cases and user stories).

Your profile

- At least a Bachelor degree (HBO)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Front End/Web BA)
- Ability to act rapidly and concisely in Change-, Support- and Incident processes
- Proven experience with web-applications/CMS (Tridion)
- Experience with Coveo (search), Webtrends, Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager and/or Confluence a big plus
- Proven experience with writing functional specifications and requirements analysis
- Proven experience in dealing with vendors and external/internal partners
