A Software Development Business Analyst to work for the UK's leading education Management Organisation. They are a powerhouse in the education sector and due to growth are looking for an enthusiastic technology focused Business Analyst from a software development background to join their team based in Central London.

The nature of the role will be to support the project manager to develop business cases, delivering on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards. You will lead the gathering process with internal and external stakeholders and harnessing technical knowledge to drive out excellent solutions. You will be required to deliver high-quality, concise documents. You will manage day-to-day relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and provide support and guidance on areas of business analysis, system requirements engineering, test management, project administration and implementation. You will also be responsible for support the transition of systems into the business at go live - including the delivery of training and post go live support activities

The ideal candidate will come from a software development background and will have proven business analysis skills with the ability to effectively communicate with non-technical users and translate requirements into technical specifications. Excellent communication skills is seen as essential for this role being able to be the go between stakeholders and technical teams.

Experience in working in the digital, e-learning and e-commerce space; having developed commercially viable customer facing platforms and products would be highly desirable coupled with experience of working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
