Digital Business Analyst - Demat (Brussels)

The Candidate will join the Corporate Banking Engineering team where he will take the role of Digital Business Analyst for the DEMAT program. He/she will report to
the head of Business Engineering Channels for Enterprises.

Function Description
° Business needs identification & collect
° Defining and analysing business model using conceptual modelling techniques and methods
° Bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT
° Acting as the interface between delivery and business teams
° Risk, quality and issue management

Principal responsibilities:
° Requirements management and communication and ensure good understanding of business' needs
° Liaison between all stakeholders & guarantee customer satisfaction
° Support in testing phase, change management and lead closure of issues during warranty period
° Part in the search & delivery of realistic/effective solutions to complex business challenges: provide expertise (analytical, technical & in terms of project
management) in the search & implementation of digital (marketing ) solutions
° Work closely with channel manager , Marketing/ Product management and Process team in order to understand the overall strategy and objectives for the
Channels for the domain.
° Take the lead in specific studies related to the Channels for the domain including preparation of documentation for Investment Committee (Onedoc and
business case), preparation of Mock ups and definition of MVP (minimum viable product). Identify the impact of business specifications and related
system changes on existing back-end and front-end processes and liaise with Process/ Change manager.
° In project mode, collect, analyse and translate business requirements delivered by our end-users into detailed business specifications for IT departments,
taking into account a user centric, collaborative and agile way of working
° Building and maintaining good relationships within Engineering, with the Business partners, Operations and the different departments of IT.

Technical Experience

° Experience in one or more digital technology areas such as:
o Content management: Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, OpenText, Drupal, Wordpress
o Ecommerce: Websphere Commerce, Oracle ATG, Hybris
o Digital marketing: social media, personalisation, targeting, SEO, PPC
o Front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS, JS
o Infrastructure: cloud, SaaS, security, server technologies
° Experience in rapid prototyping tools e.g. Axure, Balsamiq, Invision
° Understanding of project management tools e.g. Jira, Sharepoint, MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project
° Understanding of delivery frameworks and methodologies (Prince 2/PMP/, Agile - Scrum)

Business Experience
Mandatory
° Strong written and spoken communication skills in NL-FR-EN
° Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
° Ability to manage meetings

Preferable
° Good understanding of IT and testing
° Good understanding of work flow processes
° Experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client facing environment
