Digital Business Analyst - Channels (Brussel)

The Candidate will join the Business Engineering Channels for Enterprises team where he will take the role of Digital Business Analyst.
The team is responsible for the Channels for Enterprises (PC Banking Business, Isabel, Connexis Cash, etc.) including electronic reporting and payments via these channels as well as managing the contracting details for these channels.
He/she will report to Manager Business Engineering Channels for Enterprises within the BOO (Business Operating Office) of the CPBB organisation.

Function Description
Your main tasks as Digital Business Analyst are as follows:
° Work closely with channel manager (PCBB), Marketing/ Product management and Process team in order to understand the overall strategy and objectives for the Channels for enterprises domain.
° Take the lead in specific studies related to the Channels for Enterprises domain including preparation of documentation for Investment Committee (Onedoc and business case), preparation of Mock ups and definition of MVP (minimum viable product). Identify the impact of business specifications and related system changes on existing back-end and front-end processes and liaise with Process/ Change manager
° In project mode, analyse and translate business requirements delivered by our end-users into detailed business specifications for IT departments, taking into account a user centric, collaborative and agile way of working
° Building and maintaining good relationships within Engineering, with the Business partners, Operations and the different departments of IT.
