Digital Business Analyst

Digital Business Analyst required to join a business digital sales team within a financial institution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Technical aspects of IT project management and delivery
- Use customer insights, testing and research to develop innovate solutions for customer experiences
- Responsible for mapping sales operations processes
- Leading operational deployment and improvements of webchat, online lead generation, call centre process handling, scoping and documenting on digital projects
- Managing business interfaces between digital channels and contact centres
- Act as a client interface with strategic project groups
- Collaborate with digital teams, portfolio managers, operational divisions and related stakeholders
- Create compelling customer experiences for lead conversion of digitally originated business products

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years experience as a digital business analyst
- Strong experience as a lead delivering digital originated business projects
- Proven ability with Document Management (Sharepoint)
- Experienced in customer testing scenarios and documentation of business needs (eg BRB/SRS/FSD documentation)
- Strong skills in delivering conversion and process improvements in product sales
- Experience working within the Australian financial services industry will be highly regarded
