A fantastic opportunity has surfaced for a Digital Business Analyst to work within a large multi-national organisation based near Heathrow. This great Digital Business Analyst opportunity is open to a Digital Business Analyst that can successfully demonstrate comprehensive experience in creating the functional design for specific changes and enhancements to the organisations digital projects.

Responsibilities:

Acting as an effective satellite team member and ambassador of establishing, presence and influence in the local market

Identifying and initiating any new digital projects in market in line with established project methodologies

Analysis, capture and documentation of the local market requirements in relation to global and local digital projects

Alignment of local implementations with Global practices, policies and projects

Ensure local business requirements are represented and taken into account at a global level

Adopting and enforcing standard project management methodologies for all projects

Working closely with key stakeholders to identify and define and document detailed business requirements

Becoming and in-market product expert for the digital pillars as they are rolled out.

Skills required for the Digital Business Analyst:

The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
* Business analysis / requirements definition
* Use case analysis
* Data modeling
* UML notation
* Process documentation
* Site maps
* Information architecture
* Wireframes
* User and Customer experience design
* Test scripts

* Ability to communicate across all levels within the business
* Possess a good understanding of agile and scrum development methodology
* Knowledge of web technologies adopted by RB including:

* Umbraco CMS - implementation, training and rollout
* .Net application development
* PHP application development
* MS SQL server
* MySQL
* Hybris e-commerce
* Google analytics

* Creative problem solving skills and ability to work on own initiative to drive and deliver results
* Language skills desirable
* Team player
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
