Digital Biomarker Software Engineer (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Implement signal processing and data analysis pipelines for processing large amounts of sensor data collected in clinical trials according to best coding practice
-Modularize existing signal processing and data analysis pipelines to enable reuse of pipelines across clinical trials by a large team of scientists
-Documentation of code used in pipelines

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Professional software development experience
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related technical fields
-Deep knowledge of Python and preferably one or more of the following programming languages: Java, C/C++, R and Matlab
-Previous working experience with the common Python data analysis stack (e.g. NumPy/SciPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc)
-Strong working knowledge of best coding practices (versioning, TDD, debugging)
-Experience in or eagerness to build ETL (extract, transform, load) data pipelines
-Familiar with the Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira, BitBucket, Bamboo)
