A Leading Retail Bank is looking to hire a Junior Innovations Manager to work within a leading Retail Bank that holds considerable gravitas within the digital world. The candidate will join a large digital creative team based in London to help build insight, research and analyse leading digital trends to help turn market trends and competitors into compelling recommendations and case studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the above as well as gathering and documenting business and stakeholder related processes and engagements through workshop, interviews, storyboards, use cases and other methods. The candidate will be required to produce complex process models and maps including KPIS.

Desirable skills:

- Experience building insight, research and analyse digital trends helping turn market trends and competitor insight into compelling recommendations and case studies.
- The ability to gather and document business and stakeholder related process and engagement through a number of methodologies.
- Be able to produce complex process models and maps (including KPI's).
