We launched a major initiative towards the renewal of its Public Site being a strategic arm of its global digital strategy. Public Site is probably the most
critical area for the years to come especially considering the digital strategy defined over the last months and the need to use digital channels as key communication
supporting tool for servicing and selling.
Beside strategy, concept elaboration, development and change management aspects, Content Management is a key stream as it will represent the end-product
to our customer base.

Function Description
The Digital Analyst will be responsible for:
Recommendations for optimizing the public site based on internal and possible external benchmarks
Project & Process management: setting-up the tangible process of tagging on the site as a wholeexperience with Microsoft Access and VBA scripting is a plus
° Comfortable with use of SEO and SEA
° Knowledge of SQL is a must
° Most of the analytics and A/B testing tools and the usage of MVT have no secrets for you
° Affinity with data exploitation tools as well as Business Intelligence tools (SAS, Business Objects, …). Experience in working with SAS gives you a
benefit
° Experience in Messagent, Lead Mgt and/or Inbound Marketing is a plus

Business Experience
° Control of the End to End processes for customer journey on the site (from access until sale)
° Ability to translate a business question about the online behaviour of the customer into a series of analyses which gives an answer to the question
° Ability to draw up conclusions based on an analysis of data and elaborate recommendations together stakeholders
° Understanding online customer behaviour and using that knowledge to improve our digital services and sales flow and website is a challenge you
