Digital Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support two Senior Digital Marketing Managers.
- Monthly data reporting, analysis, and insight generation for all digital tactics (social/web/media/social listening) using various digital measurement techniques and tools.
- User Acceptance Testing of websites & other digital programs.
- Budget management.
- Other related projects.
- Position will be:

60% analytics - monthly/quarterly reports. pulling data, gathering data and insights, making recommendations
25% UAT - user acceptance testing
5%- budget management
10% ad hoc projects

SKILLS:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Excellent Analytical Skills and experience using various tools to analyze and present data such as Omniture, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Radian 6, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Strong reporting skills.
- Detail oriented - requires keen eye for User Acceptance testing and an ability to make sure all aspects of programs are addressed and data used in analytic tools is accurate.
- Critical thinking/insight generation - turning data into meaningful insights that are actionable to move the business forward and proactively identify issues that may need resolving.
- Project management - being able to manage multiple projects and move them forward in a timely manner.
- People skills - Ability to build relationships quickly with a number of cross functional partners (Brand, Digital, Technology, Digital agencies, Advertising, etc).
- Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience and ideally an educational background in digital marketing strategy/channels and measurement, including Website, SEM/SEO, social media, influencer marketing, display, eCRM, video, mobile, E-commerce, etc.
- Candidate needs to be a self starter with excellent communication skills.
