Digital Accelerator Programme Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead and manage delivery of the ERDF funded Digital Accelerator Programme (DAP) project team. You have a a passion for digital technology and its potential for stimulating economic growth, and who can bring good sector knowledge and business acumen to support growing SMEs with bespoke business support programmes.

OTHER DUTIES: Develop and manage a programme of specialist and targeted business support for digital SMEs in line with project objectives, milestones, targets and budget. Act as first point of contact for the project and liaise with funders and external partners on all aspects of contract management and project delivery ensuring ERDF requirements are met. Manage a project team, including direct supervision of the DAP Advisors and coordinate input of staff providing support in kind to the project. Develop targeted business support for digital, technology and media sector. Oversee delivery of the DAP project in set out in the bid document and ERDF funding agreement for the project. First point of contact with funder (GLA European Programme Management Unit) on project delivery. Set up and oversee a project steering group. Ensure monitoring of all aspects of the programme’s budgets including analysis of programme costs/outcomes/income. Ensure accurate record keeping and state aid rules are complied/checked and evidenced. Work with DAP Advisors to put in place quality standards and track customer satisfaction.
