Diesel Calibration Engineers - Essex - £negotiable DOE

My client has a requirement for a number of DIESEL CALIBRATION ENGINEERS (CONTRACT)

Location: ESSEX

Contract: 12 MONTHS +

Rate: £NEGOTIABLE (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

Start date: ASAP ONWARDS

You will be working for a large OEM based in the UK working specifically for the diesel engines calibration unit. Calibration work based on the dyno and/or in vehicle.

DAY TO DAY ROLE:

* Calibration of 1.5d/1.6d/2.0d engines for European supply chain.

* Working on entire range of diesel engines for worldwide supply chain.

* In vehicle calibration including: environmental & emissions testing.

SKILLS:

* Diesel Engine optimisation

* Diesel engine after treatment

* Dyno and/or In vehicle calibration experience

* Working as part of a calibration team

ADVANTAGEOUS:

* Low pressure EGR (exhaust Gas Circulation) - If you have this experience, your application will be looked at favourably.

* Modelling background using MatLab
