I have an exciting opportunity to work for a financial services client based in Chester. Our client is looking for a Forecast Manager with dialler management experience.
This role is required through operational data analytics to develop and implement new processes/procedures to improve operating efficiency. This role liaises directly with the Head of Department and Department Managers to make decisions and to review and recommend new methods and procedures to make daily operations in the area more effective and efficient.

Key Accountabilities - What the job holder is responsible and accountable for.
List of 5/6 key accountabilities
*Provide capacity plans, 30 day outlook, 7 day, weekly, daily and interval data to the operational area to ensure resource is effectively deployed in order to achieve operational goals
*Delegated level of authority to make decision on behalf of the line of business incorporating, budget, strategy decisions and operational effectiveness/efficiency measures
*Provide direct support to Heads of Department and Department mangers to drive the operational model
*Proactively identify strategic impacts of all major projects and bank wide strategy changes upon the line of business
*Ensure that all new strategies and projects are evaluated in terms of their risk to both Operational areas and Project Office Processes.

Key Activities:
*Have a detailed understanding of collections/dialler management and apply to unit function providing expertise and methodology to strategic projects as well as day to day functional forecasting
*Drive changes to the forecasting model though detailed data analytics and forecasting variance analysis
*Detailed understanding of long and medium range contact drivers with the ability to translate these impacts in to workable forecasts
*React and respond to business needs, providing detailed analysis of trends and patterns as required.
*Ensure adherence to the forecasting process governance

Experience Required:
*In depth knowledge of collection processes, dialler management and risk strategies.
*Advanced analytics skills
*Advanced Excel ability together with the ability to utilise Workforce Management tools (IEX).
*Substantial experience in Forecasting and planning and reporting.
*Detailed knowledge of the businesses' main contact driving activities and processes
*Knowledge of SAS
*Knowledge of contact centre policy and procedures as well as bank wide policies.
*Understanding of contact centre costs
