Diabetes or cardiovascular disease knowledge, analytical skills, able to manages own time and prioritises workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Understanding the health profile and health inequalities that exist and strategies to address them.
Well versed in the use and understanding of practice clinical systems, including EMIS, EMIS web, and Vision (INPS).
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DIABETES AND PRIMARY CARE
Project management experience in a primary care/healthcare setting.
Significant experience of working within the complex environment of primary and community care.
An understanding of the issues surrounding long-term conditions locally and nationally. Education, qualification and training.
Educated to Degree Level or equivalent.
Project management qualification desirable.
