DFT Architect - Semiconductor

My client is currently looking for a DFT Architect to join their client based in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Your role will include the definition of standard DfT methodology (building blocks in RTL that serve on-chip test access for digital as well as analog IP, standard interface definitions, rules for InterconnecT) and the definition of requirements for accompanying design automation in cooperation with experts that represent different business units of my client.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Required skills:

You hold a BSc or MSc degree in a relevant domain.
You have over 10 years of experience with digital/mixed signal design and design for test (architecture specification, RTL implementation in Verilog, simulation/verification, synthesis including low power with CPF) and an affinity for flow automation and Scripting.
You have knowledge of industry standards and commonly accepted practices and design automation in the domain of design for test.
