Devops Release Manager (S27) C

Our client is a highly innovative, government-funded organisation working to improve the Australian healthcare system by enabling access to high quality health advice, triage, referral and health information. They require an experienced DEVOPS RELEASE MANAGER to primarily focus on maximising throughput, productivity and profitability of the technology team by collaborating with technical/production architects and web developers in the definition and breakdown of releases in a this week, next week and last week focus and the management of team confidence and variance.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

- 5+ years managing an effective and coordinated release management function (including developing and implementing an organisational release strategy)
- 5+ years experience in deploying, maintaining and improving policy and process in an IT context
- 5+ years experience in leading others in the delivery of successful outcomes in an agile environment
- Strong experience managing multiple vendors
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
