CLIENT: - A large UK based IoT solutions company require an DevOps Operations Engineer to BE based in Nuremburg, Germany for 6 months +, to start immediately. German language skills are NOT required but would be an advantage. This will be to work on a large scale Big Data project.

CANDIDATE: - - Strong experience as operations engineer for Linux based infrastructure
- Excellent Linux Know How (Debian)
- Excellent knowledge in IT automation and orchestration (eg Puppet, Chef, Terraform)
- Excellent Knowledge of Virtualization Solutions (eg, VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Good knowledge in operating Apache Hadoop (eg CDH)
- Good knowledge in RDBMS and NoSQL operations (eg MySQL, Postgres)

RATE: - €440 per day (depending upon level of skill and experience)
