* Directly responsible for site reliability, including ensuring scalability for future growth
* Work in engineering team to design, build, and maintain systems
* Lead definition and implementation of monitoring and alerting roadmap
* Continually improve our deployment process
* Own capacity planning and cloud budget
* Coordinate and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
Requirements
* Track record of leading technical teams through designs and implementations
* Proven ability to build large, reliable, scalable infrastructure
* Experience with cloud services, especially Amazon's AWS
* Experience troubleshooting and deploying applications on Linux
* Knowledge of system monitoring tools
* Excellent Python or Ruby programming skills
