Devops Engineer - Windows Server (4915)

For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

DevOps Engineer - Windows Server (4915)

This role requires a quick understanding and analysing of complex issues and addressing challenges arising during the software development process, both conceptually and technically.

Your Qualifications:

- 8+ years in-depth experience of Windows Server 2008 as a developer and with knowledge of system administration
- Expert knowledge in Windows server Firewall, network and routing configuration, IPSEC
- Experience of Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL,Toad and mathematical tools like Matlab, SAS, R, and Stata
- Good experience of UNIX preferably Solaris - both as a developer and with knowledge of system administration
- Able to develop and debug scripts in KSH, PERL, PowerShell, VBScript
- Knowledge of batch scheduling and automation tools eg JCS (preferred), Autosys
- Fluent in English written and spoken

- Guarantee of a secure infrastructure environment and production stability
- Analyze errors in systems and define corrective measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work towards global IT solutions
