For one of our multinational clients we are currently looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer. In this position you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the development environment and the tools in it in order to support the Java development team. You will be working on global application upgrades, their troubleshooting and 3rd line support. We are looking for a Support Engineer with an affinity on Java development tools. You are a strong scripter in Powershell OR Bash in order maintain the tools supporting the applications. You will be working closely together with the developers to ensure quality of applications and therefore good communication skills and a go-getter attitude is required.

Job requirements

- Proven experience as a Support Engineer in a complex/large financial environment
- At least five years experience
- Knowledge of Java development tools (Jenkins, Mavan, Sonar, Nexus)
- Strong Powershell OR Bash Scripting skills
- Knowledge of Subversion and Git
- Experience with working in an Agile manner
