Devops Engineer - Northamptonshire - Financial

THE COMPANY

ConSol Partners are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to come on board with our client on a 3-6 month initial contract, working on key development projects. This company are a global financial organisation with a truly household name.

THE ROLE

In this position you will be working heavily within AWS and should have a good understanding of Chef or Ruby. You will be working in a large Global DevOps team and will be designing and defining project code structure and will be part of a larger development team. The role will be based in Northampton Full time on a 3-6 month initial contract where they want someone to start early September.

THE INDIVIDUAL

- Good experience as a DevOps Engineer/Consultant
- Strong working knowledge and experience with CHEF OR RUBY (Priority)
- Experience using Jenkins or Teamsite
- Working at a Manager/Team lead level, leading group workshops and stand-ups would be very beneficial
- Good communications skills and a good team working ethic
- Having worked within GIT before would be advantageous
