Our client is THE market leading technology company in Belgium.
THE ROLE
- Work in close collaboration with the development teams, the technical leads, scrum masters and VP Engineering;
- Improve, support and maintain the cloud based infrastructure and CI/CD tooling (Atlassian toolbox)
- Research, recommend and setup improvements in a proactive manner
- Ensure that cloud/network security is in-line with industry standards
THE INDIVIDUAL
- Expert Linux knowledge, including setup of services like: Apache, nginx, rsyslog, ipsec, iptables, bind...
- Basic knowledge of docker, docker-compose, kubernetes
- Expert knowledge of networking and network security: AWS networking, routing protocols, OpenVPN, DNS, kubernetes/docker network virtualization
- Basic knowledge of Python in the context of system automation/setup
- Basic knowledge of setup and maintenance of AWS services: EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, ELB...
