FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DEVOPS ENGINEER CLOUD

Location: Amsterdam

YOUR MAIN TASKS

- Administration and operation of web/cloud applications including planning, installation, upgrade and decommission
- Coordinate incident recovery, planning and implementation of changes and deployments, evaluate problems, optimize and tune system landscapes
- Be part of DevOps team and the central contact for all technical topics of a service or its components
- Design, implement, maintain and improve of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
- Support international projects and improvement and automation of operational routines
- Perform Technical 2nd/3rd Level support
- Support your colleagues to maintain web or J2EE related other applications
- Participate in oncall shifts for high available services (appr. 7 weeks/year)

YOUR QUALIFICATION

- Experience with DevOps tooling
- Experience in cooperation with development teams and agile methodologies
- Preferred Cloud/Azure experience and MS Windows
- Good practical experience in administration (windows Servers, linux) and in IT infrastructure
- Experience in administration and configuration of web and application Servers (eg Apache, IIS, Tomcat)
- Basic knowledge in the area of (distributed) IT infrastructure (eg DNS, IP-networks, routing, Firewall, database, Active Directory, storage, network, IT security)
- Fluent English in talking and writing and - if applying for Germany - solid German

NICE TO HAVE

- Basic ITIL- or project management knowhow
