DEVOPS ENGINEER (CI/CD)
I am currently hiring a Full-stack Engineer (Analytics) for a client in Brussels. This will be a long term opportunity where you will have access to the latest technologies and the ability to learn and grow.
THE CLIENT WANTS SOMEONE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
- Has at least a Bachelor in IT or equivalent through 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Have a solid background in full stack engineering, ranging from Unix OS over relational and elastic databases to application Servers and WebServices.
- Can inspire, train and coach his/her peers in increasing the asset maturity using his/her experience in continuous integration tooling (eg Git, Jenkins, Maven, Selenium) while relying on a sound basis of security competencies.
- Is eager to stay connected to the outside world of technological (r)evolutions.
- Is able to build, document and defend his/her reasoning to audiences ranging from Engineers to Architects, Business stakeholders, Risk and Senior Management.
You will be working in the clients Analytics area as a DevOps member, connecting the Dev and Ops Engineers through leading by example. You have the final call on the intrinsic quality of the solutions, and bring them to life. Being familiar with SAS, PEGA or the Apache framework is considered an asset, as well as Dutch and French. Proficiency in English however is a must. You will need to both work autonomously as well as in a team, resourceful to find creative solutions.
