Devops Engineer - ASAP/Contract/Greenfield/Amsterdam/Day Rate

My client, based in the heart of Amsterdam are recruiting for a DevOps contractor to join a small team on an initial contract of three months but with the scope for an extension to be made to nine months if successful during the initial period. The CI/CD pipeline is as of yet still undefined so someone who has automated a Greenfield environment would be preferable, taking ownership of this project is essential and will best suit an applicant that has experience of working in small teams to deliver a DevOps project from the initial build phase.

Experience with AWS is essential for this role and experience with containers such as Docker is seen as a definite plus. Scripting will be in either Cloudformation or Terraform.

The project is due to start on the 21st August so someone who is already based in the Noord Holland area or is able to relocate at short notice would be desirable.
