DevOps Engineer - Application Support - ETRM/ASP.NET MVC/C# - Energy - Den Bosch - Contract

My client is a leading IT & Digital Consultancy, working with a major Dutch energy Firm to recruit an experienced DevOps Engineer, to support new enhancement projects and current infrastructure! This role is a Contract opportunity, to be based at the Client's office in Den Bosch!

Job Description: - - Contributing to the development of new applications and enhancements, while supporting current Infrastructure applications.

Domain knowledge on Retail energy Management (REM), ETRM highly desirable - however not essential. - You will provide Level 2 and Level 3 services for the collection of all the Pricing and Modelling systems

- Price provisioning for all the downstream ETRM systems as well as various consumers of market data, including governance on quality and timely availability acting as a single point of contact across organization
- You will establish and maintain interfaces to users/downstream systems.
- Adding new data feeds to existing interfaces on request
- Liaison with data vendors/brokers for new data requests
- Adding and downloading the data from new FTP Servers and Pushing the downloaded data in to the database.

Technical skills needed:

- ExcelAddins, Packaging, installations
- Data Service Layers/DSI
- Com Api, Com Wrappers
- ODBC/JDBC drivers
- ASP.NET MVC
- MS Access
- SQL

Other Criteria: - - Ideally you will speak and write Dutch fluently.

- Preference will be given to those alreadty living in the Netherlands!
