Devops Consultant

Our Client is seeking a DevOps Consultant who would be responsible for the deployment/development/ configuration of the business solutions, unit testing the solution component, preparing deployment scripts and then supporting the deployed solution in a production environment.

FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE -

- Linux (Redhat/CentOS) system operations
- Infrastructure-as-code solutions such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible and Salt
- Experience in virtualisation and/or Cloud based technologies and configuration such as VMware, Cisco, AWS
- Strongly versed in Firewall and Load Balancer technologies and configurations Able to code/script in a wide range of languages
- Understanding of Information Security standards and principles
- Highly experienced working in large, enterprise scale system environments
- Thorough understanding and experience in the principles, procedures and practice of provisioning technologies, system redundancy, archive, backup and recovery, monitoring and performance management.
- Highly experienced with highly available, clustering and distributed solutions including web, application and database load balancing and replication technologies.

FOLLOWING QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATIONS ARE DESIRABLE -

- Microsoft Certified Solution Expert
- Microsoft Certified Solution Developer
- VMware Certified Professional
- Redhat/Linux RHCE
