Devops Coach (BDD, TDD, Java, Jenkins, Maven)

This is an exciting position working for a global financial services organisation at their offices in Brussels. The role is working within the core DevOps and product development teams and is responsible for helping the teams to adopt best practices for developing, testing, deploying and releasing applications. There are several new projects in the pipeline and as such they are looking for someone with significant experience of coaching or training in an enterprise scale financial services environment who is prepared for a long-term engagement.

Some of the key responsibilities are;

- Improving the deliverables of the team by training them on best practices regarding coding and testing
- Assisting with the implementation of Behaviour and Test-driven development
- Setup and support automated build and deploy facilities for the teams
- Accompany development teams with the correct implementation/best practices and use of processes and tools

Key experience required for this position is;

- An end-to-end SDLC view, with strong coaching skills
- Experience implementing continuous build, integration and deployment systems
- Technical experience around Java, development and build using Maven
- Experience is administration, setup and maintenance of Jenkins
