DEVOPS ARCHITECTURE & OPERATION MANAGER
Based in Shenzhen,China
Responsibilities:
1. Developing the management architecture for R uses objectives to establish functional work plans
11. Collaborates with various departments in all aspects of the project management cycle.
12. Ensures projects are managed in accordance with established Quality Assurance and Validation procedures
Basic Requirements:
1. Open minded. Good inter-person relationship. Excellent cross-functional communication skills, spans organizations and continents. Outstanding analytical, motivation, and team work capability. Also flexible to adapt changes and pressures
2. understanding both of telecom industry and IT service market.
3. Sales skill as communion, presentation, listening, negotiation and logistical analysing. Recording successful reference appreciated.
4. Excellent oral and written English
5. Travelling within west EU needed.
Technical Requirements:
1. Expert in DevOps Architecture with abundant operation practice experiences
2. Attend the architecture design for the cloud operation company
3. Knowledge of agile software development and cloud DC architecture
4. Leadership, organizational, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills
5. Dependable and self directed
6. Knowledge of best practices in IT project management such as OS, Database, Storage, server, cloud computing, application, software domain.
7. Basic computer skills - familiarity with Windows based software programs: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS Projects
8. Critical thinking, problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
9. Ability to identify and solve complex problems, including conflict resolution.
10. Knowledge of Project Management principle and methodologies
11. 10 YEARS+ IN A PROJECT MANAGER ROLE
12. Bachelor's Degree or above
13. CTO/CIO of the cloud operation company is the priority
