DevOp Change specialist - Investment Banking - Front Office:

I have an exciting new requirement for a Devop Evangelist working on a new change function within the Front Office of a global investment bank. My client is looking to build a new change group to deal with the increase within this department. You will be responsible for developing a new change model to deal with weekly and mid week runs. A dedicated Change Control resource will allow improved levels of control across the global environment. The candidate will need to consider, a more agile (devops) based methodology

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

- On-boarding new services/major change into the production environment 
- Working with the varying projects within each program to ensure there is a consistency of approach and delivery into RTB.
- Documenting NFR that need to be executed across the estate 
- Work with CTB teams to ensure that services are hitting the right level of operability to allow RTB to be a more efficient organisation and consider the following aspects for the services; 
- Monitoring
- Capacity Management 
- Operability 
- Resilience

Work with the RTB teams to implement changes to support model to cope with changes in the operational behaviour of platforms, including; 

- Supporting of Satellite Sites 
- Monitoring 
- 24x7 support
