The primary purpose of this post is to act as a key member in delivering the councils development and regeneration agenda. The post sits within the regeneration team, which acts as the overall client for the council's regeneration programme, but reports to the operations manager on project delivery. The post holder will implement the council's agreed regeneration strategies and action plans and projects. Engage with professionals within the development industry to secure appropriate development in accordance with the council's vision & values, strategy, policy and other objectives.
