Development Officer

Eden Brown are recruiting om behalf of their client,a Development Officer based within the Worcestershire area on a 6-9 month contract.

The purpose of the role is to project manage the delivery of development schemes from inception to completion within approved parameters. You will also assist in the management of consultants,resources and information to ensure schemes are delivered on time within budget.

Our client is looking for the following skill set:
-Experience of delivering new housing projects
-Experience of partnership and multi-agency working
-Must have previously prepared appraisals and reports on new business opportunities
-Excellent communication and written skills is essential for this post
