Development of Electronical Modules for Sensor (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Self-dependent development / design of automotive sensors, sensor modules and electromechanical components
-Close cooperation with customers also with internal and external suppliers
-Definition of materials and functions according customer needs and specifications
-Driving functional checks / simulations (magnetic simulations, moldflow analysis, mechanical analysis)
-Design & Development of sensors and Electronic Connectors including of all relevant documentation (drawings, specifications, feasibility commitments, FMEAs, compliance matrix, …)
-Supporting Tooling/Manufacturing/Process Engineering for product realization

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in mechanical design & mechatronic design in automotive industry
-Strong expertise in molding, stamping, assembly processes involved in electronic connectors and automotive sensors manufacturing
-Wide Knowledge of GPS and Tolerance Stack up analysis
-Strong experience with Pro/Engineer, PDM.link
-Strong communication skills in (English & German)
-Ability to challenge technical solutions and processes
-Ability to work within a multicultural and multifunctional engineering team
-Candidate has to have a CAD Workstation with Pro/E Creo
