Development Manager - Release - Applications - .NET - Front End - Vendor Management

We are looking for a Technical Specialist (developer/architect/designer) with project management skills who comes from a background in Web/customer facing related technologies/systems to co-ordinate and implement releases of global Front End applications aimed at marketing solutions. You will be responsible for both project managing the releases and be a technical liaison where you can use your technical expertise and experience (architecture/design/interfaces) in conjunction with external development partners, vendors and internal teams scattered across the globe. You will also be part of a team who will support different countries with the usage of the Front End applications.

Required knowledge:
* MUST: Knowledge of software development methods and release/project organisation in complex environments.
* MUST: Knowledge of technology background in Web/customer facing related technologies
o .NET framework
o Web services
o MS SQL (database and SQL queries)
o Solid understanding of relational database models
o Application design
o Web architecture and interfaces
* Preferably knowledge of scrum/agile methodology
* A strong analytical and logic way of thinking

Required experience:
* At least 5 years of experience in a technology background (developer/designer/architect) MUST
* Project Management skills (Scrum/Agile) Preferred
* Proven experience in reporting and managing project activities, milestones and planning MUST
* Proven experience in dealing with external and internal partners and vendors MUST
