A Development Manager is needed urgently to join one of theUK's biggest software houses.

They are recruiting due to rapid growth and in the past 2-3 years they have increased their IT function substantially. They need you to take the lead in their development team, mentor the other developers and implement ideas that will move the company forward.

They are looking for someone to join the business and implement ideas and processes to streamline the team and make the development team more successful and efficient.

All ideas that you and your team come up with will be taken very seriously and implemented.

In order for you to be considered you will need a strong background in Microsoft development. The core skills are:-

MVC, C#, ASP.NET

Experience in leading a team of developers

Excellent communication skills

The attitude to make a team very successful and drive efficiency
