My client a global wealth management firm are currently looking for an experienced Development Manager as they embark on an exciting Digital Transformation programme.

In this role you will have full end to end Project Management responsibilities and managing the BA's, development and testing teams, as well as client driven management in order to deliver solutions in an Agile environment. The Development Manager will be responsible for overall delivery of the technology solution.

It is therefore essential that in addition to your subject matter expertise, you are well versed in driving Agile techniques throughout the team and have the proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Proven track record as a Development Manager delivering projects in an Agile environment within the Financial Services sector
- Strong understanding of financial services digital transformation programmes
- Detailed technical background and the ability to manage BA's, developers and testers to deliver optimal solutions
- Able to ensure Lean Principles and Agile Delivery
- Co-ordinate with BA's and business stakeholders to ensure work items have adequate details
