Development Manager:
Main responsibilities:
- You manage the entire development team and cultivate clients innovation Culture
- All developers and testers report to you
- You are responsible for software delivery and quality with the support of the technical leads
- You build a great team by taking the lead in recruitment, training, agile processes and coaching
- You motivate and inspire your team. You lead and act
- You represent the development team within and outside clients group. You interface with the management of other development organizations
Profile:
- People manager in SW development context. You have at least 3 years of management experience managing agile teams including HR responsibility.
- You are an experienced agile coach, expert in agile methodology and people coaching. Experience as scrum master of multiple dev teams is a must.
- Proven experience in functional analysis. Experience as end responsible for a SW product (incl. delivery, code quality and roadmap) within an Agile environment is a serious plus.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven and action driven
- Excellent communication skills and human contact
- Familiar with technical aspects of software development, such as Middleware, database platforms, REST, Web services, API's, etc
