DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- FINANCIAL SERVICES - HAMPSHIRE

My client a leading financial services organisation based in Hampshire are currently looking to recruit a strong Development Team Lead. The successful candidate will manage resources in the delivery of change to the organisations Integration systems, the role has full resource management responsibility. The role requires a broad theoretical knowledge of Integration patterns and an experience of working with Integration toolsets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPERIENCE

- Experience of performing a development management role on multiple large scale integration projects.
- Managing resources developing on any of the following - Ab Initio, IBM Data Power, and IBM IIB Message Broker.
- Strong background managing and motivating technical experts - Team sizes up to 10 SME's.
- Experienced managing teams in order to plan, estimate and carry out programmes of systems development work to time, budget and quality targets in relation to set standards.
- Full responsibility for design, development, unit testing and delivery of complex information systems.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
