Development Lead -Manchester- Up to £42,000

A development lead is needed urgently to join one of theUK's biggest automotive companies.

They are recruiting due to rapid growth and in the past 2-3 years they have increased their IT function substantially. They need you to take the lead in their development team, mentor the other developers and implement ideas that will move the company forward.

You will be given full creative rein and your ideas will be implemented by you and your team.

If you think that a new technologies or methodology will work better, then it's up to you to get this implemented and up and running.

They back their developers in full and if you think something could be changed/brought in, then you are supported in doing so.

In order for you to be considered you will need a strong background in Microsoft development. The core skills are:- Visual Studio, MVC, C#, ASP.NET

HTML, WCF

jQuery, javaScript

SQL Sever - TSQL, Stored Procedures, experienced of very large data sets
