Development Engineer (m/w) Automotive Interior Porsche

Currently we are looking for a Development Engineer (m/w) with very good knowledge of the development of interior parts like instrument panels and ideally with Porsche experiences.

Your daily tasks include:
+ Definition of components requirements including critical characteristics
+ Assure of all customer requirements, based on customer’s specifications
+ Creation of product specifications and supplier’s specification
+ Maintenance of bill of material (prototypes, series), tracking list of components and action plans in the particular valid systems
+ Set-up and monitoring of tooling schedule
+ Follow-up of product validation
+ Lead of product change management
+ Execution of documentation of meeting minutes, visit minutes and journey minutes and also distribution of the documents
+ Follow-up of part life cycle documentation
+ Coordination between the members of the project if comprehensive part changes occur (interface management)
+ Analyze product, define action plan for improvement and implementation of changes in order to ensure product quality in line with customer expectation
+ Presentation of product and action plan
+ Prepare rework sheets
+ Failure analysis
+ Maturity improvement (coordination, definition, tracking)

+ Experience within the automotive industry, interior systems
+ Knowledge and experience in Project Management process
+ Team player with strong communication skills
+ Experience in Porsche processes /products will be an advantage
+ English (must have)
+ German (written and spoken)
