Development Engineer Interieur Automotive (m/f)

- Definition components requirements including critical characteristics
- Assure of all customer requirements, based on customer's specifications
- Creation of product specifications and supplier's specification
- Maintenance of bill of material (prototypes, series), tracking list of components and action plans in the particular valid systems.
- Follow-up of product validation
- Lead of product change management
- Execution of documentation of meeting minutes, visit minutes and journey minutes and also distribution of the documents.
- Coordination between the members of the project if comprehensive part changes occur (interface management).
- Analyze product, define action plan for improvement and implementation of changes in order to ensure product quality in line with customer expectation
- Failure analysis on instrument panel (LHD and RHD) at project VS20 IP

- Master's degree in engineering
- Experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry for interior systems
- Knowledge and experience in Project Management process
- Team player with strong communication skills
- International mind set
- Language Abilities: English, German, Russian
