The ideal Development Coordinator must have a passion for quality as well as a housing background, with knowledge of NHBC standards and it is preferred if the candidate has NHBC awards, the candidate must be able to;

*Manage the teams
*Be dedicated to the quality of the site
*Oversee health and safety
Must also have experience with highways and sewers adoptions, in particular section 38 and 104 agreements.
